Practice Event Information

Your safety is our biggest concern, so here are some things to remember:

  1. Riders are divided into groups based on bike size and skill level.  Be sure to sign up for the appropriate group.  When necessary, track officials reserve the right to re-assign riders to the correct group

  2. The following safety equipment is required for every rider: helmet, goggles, boots, gloves, full length pants (no shorts), and a long sleeved jersey (shirt).

  3. Safety flaggers are positioned throughout the track.  The yellow caution flag signals a downed rider or any other hazardous obstacle.  Under a yellow flag, you must slow to an idle speed and "roll" the jump.  Anyone violating this rule is subject to immediate termination of riding privileges at Archview MX Park.

  4. Our track is nearly 1.5 miles in length and is similar to a national outdoor circuit.  Because of its loamy soil, the track develops deep ruts and becomes very rough as the day progresses.  Riders should be realistic in assessing their abilities in relation to the track conditions.

  5. Never ride above your abilities...you jeopardize your personal safety and the safety of your fellow riders.  Dangerous and careless riding may result in immediate termination of riding privileges.

Please understand the above rules are intended to promote a safe and enjoyable riding experience at Archview MX Park.  We always welcome your suggestions or comments.

Thank You!
